Registration FAQ


How do I register for the conference? PASBO membership is required. Click on the Attendee Registration tab on the left to begin. Those working under an exhibit booth (company representative) must register through their primary booth contact in the exhibitor service center. Please visit Exhibitor FAQs for more information. There is no deadline to register online and you can also register on-site.
Do I need a login to register? Yes, you need a PASBO Portal account to login and register yourself or someone else.
How do I register someone other than myself? Log in using your PASBO Portal credentials. Select the Search Again button under your name and enter their email.
What do I do when I enter my email and it says, "We're sorry, your information was not found in our database or you are not a current member? Contact your company admin or email membership@pasbo.org for assistance.
What does it mean when I see a circle with a line through it next to my name? It means you are already registered for the event.
Is there a promo code for the conference? Promo codes are given out on a limited basis to specific groups of members, like scholarship recipients, sponsors, and speakers.
Can I register for the conference now and pay later? No, payment is required at the time of registration. We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
What should I do if my credit card declines? Make sure the billing address you entered for the card is correct, as well as the card number, expiration date, and security code. You can also call the credit card company to determine if it was due to insufficient funds.
How do I add to, change, or cancel my conference registration? Additions to your conference registration can be made by logging into the Attendee Service Center, selecting "Registration Edit" on the left menu, then selecting "Edit" to the right of your name. Changes or cancellations cannot be made online and must be emailed to sstehman@pasbo.org. A service fee of $35 will be charged as needed for conference registrations cancelled after February 16, 2026. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations or changes after March 9, 2026.
What is a guest registration and what does it comes with? A guest registration is for a spouse or significant other of a PASBO member, who is NOT eligible for PASBO membership. A primary registration fee must be selected for this option to be available. The guest registration comes with everything a full conference registration does (Tuesday evening thru Friday morning; 3 continental breakfasts & 2 lunches) .
What is the Thursday night dinner event? A ticketed event that includes a full dinner, dessert, open bar, and entertainment.
Where can I find my login for the Attendee Service Center? Your login credentials are the same as your PASBO Portal login. You will also receive a confirmation email with a link (URL) to the Attendee Service Center.
How do I make a hotel reservation? You can make a hotel reservation online as part of the conference registration process. If you choose to make a reservation, you must enter credit card information to hold it. Your card will NOT be charged at that time; however, it will be charged if you do not check-in on your arrival date.
How do I make changes to my hotel reservation? Log into the Attendee Service Center, select "Housing Update" on the left menu, then "Edit Reservation".
Can I reserve a room without registering for the conference? No, all reservations must be accompanied by conference registration.
What is the hotel check-in and check-out time? Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
What is the hotel cancellation policy for reservations? You can cancel 72 hours or more prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 1-night stay.
Can I attend the event as a non-member? No, all those eligible for PASBO membership are required to be a member to attend the event. If you feel you are not eligible, please email membership@pasbo.org to inquire.
