Registration FAQ


PASBO membership is required. Click on the Attendee Registration tab on the left to begin. Those working under an exhibit booth (company representative) must register through their primary booth contact in the exhibitor service center. Please visit Exhibitor FAQs for more information. There is no deadline to register online and you can also register on-site.


Yes, you need a PASBO Portal account to login and register yourself or someone else.


Log in using your PASBO Portal credentials. Select the Search Again button under your name and enter their email.

It means you are already registered for the event.


Promo codes are given out on a limited basis to specific groups of members, like scholarship recipients, sponsors, and speakers.


No, payment is required at the time of registration. We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.


Make sure the billing address you entered for the card is correct, as well as the card number, expiration date, and security code. You can also call the credit card company to determine if it was due to insufficient funds.


Additions to your conference registration can be made by logging into the Attendee Service Center, selecting "Registration Edit" on the left menu, then selecting "Edit" to the right of your name. 

Changes or cancellations cannot be made online and must be emailed to sstehman@pasbo.org
A service fee of $35 will be charged as needed for conference registrations cancelled after February 16, 2026. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations or changes after March 9, 2026.


A guest registration is for a spouse or significant other of a PASBO member, who is NOT eligible for PASBO membership. A primary registration fee must be selected for this option to be available. The guest registration comes with everything a full conference registration does (Tuesday evening thru Friday morning; 3 continental breakfasts & 2 lunches) .


A ticketed event that includes a full dinner, dessert, open bar, and entertainment.


Your login credentials are the same as your PASBO Portal login. You will also receive a confirmation email with a link (URL) to the Attendee Service Center.


You can make a hotel reservation online as part of the conference registration process. If you choose to make a reservation, you must enter credit card information to hold it. Your card will NOT be charged at that time; however, it will be charged if you do not check-in on your arrival date.


Log into the Attendee Service Center, select "Housing Update" on the left menu, then "Edit Reservation".


No, all reservations must be accompanied by conference registration.


Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.


You can cancel 72 hours or more prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 1-night stay.


No, all those eligible for PASBO membership are required to be a member to attend the event. If you feel you are not eligible, please email membership@pasbo.org to inquire.
