Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well.

In light of COVID-19 and after thoughtful discussions with our Board of Directors, we have decided to move the 2021 PASBO Annual Conference to a fully online, virtual experience. We believe this is the safest approach for the well-being of all our members. Please be assured that the virtual conference will continue our tradition of a world-class conference providing exceptional professional development.

We know there will be many questions related to the conference, so please expect to receive ongoing communications, including an important Annual Conference Survey to be sent prior to Friday, October 9. Please take time to complete this survey as it will guide our annual conference planning. We want to ensure that we build a virtual conference that is tailored to your needs, making it easy for you to participate, engage and get the value you have come to expect from this annual event.

The networking that takes place in person at the PASBO Annual Conference is extremely important. We will be planning a face-to-face event as soon as we are able to do so within the recommendations of the Governor, PA Department of Health and the consideration of safety of all participants. Results of the survey will also help us plan this event.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS
Following an exhibitor survey and discussions with the Exhibitor Advisory Committee, we will be back in contact with you. Again, our goal is to pivot to a virtual conference that provides you with the ability to engage with conference attendees in a meaningful way, providing you with a valuable benefit you expect from the conference. Due to this change, we are suspending exhibitor registrations, including hotel reservations, at this point, and while there will be an opportunity for refunds for those that have already purchased a booth, we will not process refunds until December 1. Please expect more information soon.
