Thank you for your interest in PASBO's Annual Conference and Exhibits at the Hershey Lodge, March 9-12, 2027. Exhibit days are Wednesday, March 10 and Thursday, March 11. Attendees will be from school business including but not limited to: Business managers, technology directors, facilities, food service, transportation, HR and accounting.

*Chocolate Lobby and Great American Lobby must be torn down by 4:00 p.m.
No booth may be dismantled prior to the designated time without permission from PASBO.  PASBO reserves the right to disqualify any vendor from any PASBO event for non-compliance with this requirement.

Booth Details:
All booths are $2,600 before 9/30/26 and $2,900 after 9/30/26
All booths are 10' wide x 10' deep.

Booth price includes pipe and drape (blue/white), sign with booth number and company name, one 6’ skirted table, two stack chairs; and conference registrations for 8 representatives per booth. Exhibit areas are not carpeted. Additional fees apply for electric, internet, furniture, drayage, etc. to be ordered and paid directly by exhibitor (details included in Exhibitor Kit to be emailed directly to exhibit contact person from Hershey Expo)
