Exhibitor Set-up Time: 

Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.  

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 6:45 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.

*All exhibits must be completely installed by: 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

Exhibit Hours (Subject to Change):

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - 10:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

Thursday, March 19, 2020 - 9:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.

Tear Down:

Thursday, March 19. 2020 - 2:30 P.M. until 10:00 P.M.

Booth Details:
10' wide x 10' deep = $1,950 before 7/31/19 and $2,350 after 7/31/19

Booth price includes pipe and drape (blue/white), sign with booth number and company name, one 6’ skirted table, two stack chairs; and conference registrations for 8 representatives per booth. Exhibit Hall is not carpeted. Additional fees apply for electric, internet, furniture, drayage, etc. to be ordered and paid directly by exhibitor (details included in Exhibitor Kit - available by October 1).

**The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is a union facility. PASBO will cover move-in costs for exhibitors on Tuesday based on the move-in schedule set by PASBO. You will receive an e-mail with details prior to the conference. Wednesday move-in costs are the exhibitor's responsibility.
