A room block is available at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions Poconos. The rates below are for standard rooms. Limited suite rooms are also available (check availability when you register). Please note that you will need to make your room reservation when you register for the conference. • Standard rooms have a base occupancy of four and a max of six.
• 2 Bedroom suites have base occupancy of five and max of eight.
• An additional $50 per guest fee per night will apply above base occupancy.

HOTEL RESERVATION PAYMENT OPTIONS AT KALAHAIRI

• Credit Card – to be presented at hotel check-in
  • There will be an additional $50 charge for each person over the base occupancy rate not to exceed max occupancy for room type. Will include a waterpark pass for each person
• Credit Card Authorization Form – (for school district credit card not available onsite)
  • Complete Letter of Authorization Form and submit it to Kalahari Call Center at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com
• Check Payments – cannot be accepted at hotel check-in. Must be submitted 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation policy for reservations - 72 hours, or more, prior to arrival to receive full refund. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charge 1-night stay.
