Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 6:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
*All exhibits must be completely installed by: 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2019.

Thursday, March 7, 2019 - 9:30 A.M. - 3:15 P.M.
Tear Down:
Thursday, March 7. 2019 - 3:15 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
*Chocolate Lobby, Great American Lobby and Aztec Room must be torn down by 4:00 p.m.
Booth Details: (Limit of 2 Booths)
10' wide x 8' deep = $1,950 before 7/31/18 and $2,350 after 7/31/18
8' wide x 8' deep = $1,950 before 7/31/18 and $2,350 after 7/31/18
10' wide x 6' deep = $1,950 before 7/31/18 and $2,350 after 7/31/18
6' wide Table Top = $1,950 before 7/31/18 and $2,350 after 7/31/18
Booth price includes pipe and drape (blue/white), sign with booth number and company name, one 6’ skirted table, two stack chairs; and conference registrations for 8 representatives per booth if registered online prior to conference. Exhibit areas are carpeted. Additional fees apply for electric, internet, furniture, drayage, etc. to be ordered and paid directly by exhibitor (details included in Exhibitor Kit).
