To transfer your booth payment to a sponsorship, please contact Karen Rogers at email@example.com and she can process your request and send you a confirmation receipt. PASBO 2021 sponsors will receive priority notification (Tier based on sponsorship level) for 2022 booth sales in Hershey, allowing them to reserve their booths online before booth sales open to the public.
How can I purchase a sponsorship?
To reserve a sponsorship, please select the Sponsor Information tab on the conference website menu. You can select your sponsorship level and pay online with your credit card.
How can I submit payment for my sponsorship?
You can pay online with your credit card when you reserve your sponsorship. To pay any balance due, just log into the Exhibitor Service Center using the password login information provided in your confirmation email. For assistance or questions regarding payments/invoices, please contact Karen Rogers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the deadline for sponsorships?
The deadline for sponsorships is January 15, 2021. Sponsorship levels are limited and may sell out before the deadline date.
How do I cancel my booth and request a refund?
To cancel your booth reservation for 2021, please send an email to Karen Rogers at email@example.com with your exhibiting company name, booth number and refund request. Refunds will be processed after December 1. If you decline to be a sponsor at PASBO 2021, you will not be guaranteed an exhibit booth in Hershey in 2022.
When can I expect to receive a refund?
Booth refunds will be processed after December 1 and require a written request be submitted to Karen Rogers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I reserve a booth space for 2022 in Hershey?
Advance booth sales for 2021 sponsors will open in May of 2021. All sponsors for 2021 will receive an advanced email announcement with instructions on how to reserve your booth online before booth sales open to the public for 2022.
