Thank you for your interest in PASBO's Annual Conference and Exhibits at the Hershey Lodge, March 11-14, 2025. There are 249 exhibit spaces. Exhibit days are Wednesday, March 12 and Thursday, March 13. Attendees will be from school business including but not limited to: Business managers, technology directors, facilities, food service, transportation, HR and accounting.

Exhibit Booth Activity
Attendees can participate in an activity that sends them to sponsors’ booths on Wednesday and Thursday. Only exhibit sponsors will be a part of this activity. More details will be provided at a later date.

Exhibit Take-Down Hours
• Thursday, March 13, 2025 -   2:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m
No booth may be dismantled prior to the designated time without permission from PASBO.  PASBO reserves the right to disqualify any vendor from any PASBO event for non-compliance with this requirement.

Booth Details: (Limit of 2 Booths)
All booths are $2,350 before 9/30/24 and $2,550 after 9/30/24
Booth sizes are 10' wide x 8' deep, 10' wide x 6' deep or 8' wide x 8' deep. See exhibiti map for booth sizes.

Booth price includes pipe and drape (blue/white), sign with booth number and company name, one 6’ skirted table, two stack chairs; and conference registrations for 8 representatives per booth. Exhibit areas are carpeted. Additional fees apply for electric, internet, furniture, drayage, etc. to be ordered and paid directly by exhibitor (details included in Exhibitor Kit to be posted in Exhibit Service Center when available in October).
