HOTEL CONFIRMATIONS – If you previously made a hotel reservation through the PASBO room blocks at the Hershey Lodge, Hotel Hershey, Hilton Garden Inn Hershey or Comfort Inn, your acknowledgement number with the hotel name and arrival/departure dates should be included at the bottom of your conference confirmation email.  You will receive a formal confirmation directly from the hotel after we have sent your reservation to the hotel and it has been uploaded into their system.  You can expect to receive that confirmation in late January.
