Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your interest in PASBO's 63rd Annual Conference and Exhibits at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, March 6-9, 2018. The exhibit hall has more than 275 exhibit spaces. Exhibit days are Wednesday, March 7 and Thursday, March 8. Attendees will be from school business including but not limited to: Business managers, technology directors, facilities, food service, transportation, HR and accounting. 

Please note the times of exhibit hours (Subject to Change): 
  • Wednesday, March 7, 8:15 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
  • Wednesday, March 7, 11:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
  • Thursday, March 8, 9:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.
Booth Details: (Limit of 2 Booths)
10' wide x 8' deep = $1,950 before 7/31/17 and $2,300 after 7/31/17
8' wide x 8' deep = $1,950 before 7/31/17 and $2,300 after 7/31/17
10' wide x 6' deep = $1,950 before 7/31/17 and $2,300 after 7/31/17
6' wide Table Top = $1,950 before 7/31/17 and $2,300 after 7/31/17

Booth price includes pipe and drape (blue/white), sign with booth number and company name, one 6’ skirted table, two stack chairs; and conference registrations for 8 representatives per booth if registered online prior to conference. Exhibit areas are carpeted. Additional fees apply for electric, internet, furniture, drayage, etc. to be ordered and paid directly by exhibitor (details included in Exhibitor Kit).
