Hotel Reservation Information: A hotel reservation link will be sent to you in your confirmation. You must be registered in order to make a lodging reservation.

Cancellation/Change Policy
Conference Cancellation - A service fee of $35 will be charged for registrations cancelled on or before February 27, 2017. Substitutions are not permitted. 
Registration Change - A service fee of $25 will be charged for any change to a registration on or before February 27, 2017.
No registration refunds will be made for cancellations or changes after February 27, 2017.
